My 2 cents:

14 hour duty max, 12 hours scheduled
10 hours minimum rest
10 hours scheduled flight time, not to exceed 14 obviously
40 hours weekly max
120 hours monthly max
1200 hours yearly max

This would be beneficial for companies to get more flying out of less pilots which isn't good for pilots but you have to give a little.

This would be beneficial for pilots and passengers because this will increase safety and a pilot's wallet.
