True, I've had some weeks where I was right up against the "30/7" point but felt fine. Mainly due to long/restful layovers and high block but short duty days.

However, on average I'm wiped out by day 4, usually only flying 18-20 hours but with long duty days, excessive sit time, and short "rest" periods.
