Thanks for the math lesson. Since you skipped over the question, I'll ask again, how does the rate of pay and woking conditions correlate to the quality of a human being? I'll give you that at the given rate of pay, the ability to
attract qualified, compassionate employees is strained. BUT....I'm still at a loss as to how you judge the quality of a man/woman based on thier rate of pay.
BTW, we all know that two and two equal three....duh.....
