I'll give you that at the given rate of pay, the ability to attract qualified, compassionate employees is strained. I did not say people should be judged by their W-2's, however the job conditions, as well as salary of most gate agents, and flight attendants usually attracts those individuals who lack an education to obtain a higher paying job.........You might want to pick up a Sociology book sometime.
If I judged people by their income then I would have no respect for myself, after all I make $34.46/hr
