Like the pay or not, we need that jet here. Words like these do not help.

Fact is that fourth year FO pay is better than you will find at almost any other job in aviation right now. Why? There are no jobs out there. This is going to be what you get if you have a desire to fly while on furlough from DAL.
It is a lot better than what my buddies at CAL are getting. Unemployment has run out and guess what, still no job. These are people with 8K hrs and 6K PIC 121. Great resumes, that have gone to find jobs in Wal-mart etc. You would be given a job, which is better than most furloughees get.
Thank the NWA brethren if you have the unfortunate chance to work at CPS, a job that they made sure was there for the mainline pilots furloughed from the mainline.
Yes it needs to improve, but it is better than nothing.

It's not that I don't want to fly the plane. I too would like to see the plane at DAL. Turning into a commuter under their workrules and that pay, it just doesn't help. I know for sure my QOL would be shot. I personally would feel the need to find another job financially, and that is why I asked if it is possible to leave the flowback without resigning.
