Well said. Running a business with the well being of your employees being your first priority will run you quickly out of business. Especially in this industry. If you want to work for a company where the company looks after your well being first there's only one way to do it.....start your own business
If you had a big enough pile of money to start an airline you'd be better off torching it and enjoying the bonfire.......the entertainment alone would give you a much better ROI then actually running an airline
