The email of great concern from Good Ole Clive about how they were going to protest and ask for more consideration last week when Delta paid a visit to HQ was just more smoke blown up our collective A$$es.

Yes I can't wait to use my 1.5 round trips overseas in the coming year....geez I wonder how Ill get home after my third international pass....oh that's right.....ZED FARES.

Again most in the 9-E family just sit around and just take the table scraps thus justifying managements ability to continue to walk all over us.....sick of it YET!!!

Perhaps Delta doesn't plan us being around long especially if management doesn't quickly come to some resolution in regards to pilot contract...FOUR YEARS.......Enough is Enough.....there has to be an escape clause for Delta to part ways somewhere in the contract.
Why on earth would you possibly think DAL would cut and run if a pilot contract isn't completed. Your contract, when ratified, will add costs. Substantially, if you get the gains you want. How will Pinnacle pay for it? Will DAL have to pay more for the Pinnacle Air Service Agreement? If so, why would DAL pressure Pinnacle management to please, please, please raise our costs so the pilots can get improvements? They won't.

An escape clause for Delta would be through Pinnacle's inability to complete or achieve their performance targets. Not through failure to negotiate a pilot contract. How many overseas trips do you fly for 9E? I realize you are upset about the changes, but you are a vendor. You are contracted employees. In effect, you work for an employment agency that provides services for someone else. I do think you deserve pref travel on your airline, but why should DAL employees give up a benefit for you to travel on us?
