I commute at Southwest and fly PM trips exclusively. I fly in on day one and home on day three almost every trip. I will get stuck on day 3 about 2-4 times per year. It really depends where you live and where you're based. I live in a city that has 10 flights a day to one of our bases but not everyone has it that easy. Thursday, Friday, Saturday trips are the easiest to commute on because Southwest stops flying so early on Saturdays. Go to Southwest.com and look at the route you expect to commute.
