Double yawn..... This crash is no different then any other pilot error accident. It has nothing to do with regional outsourcing or pay. Or regional training. It's quite possible that regional pilots are less professional than at the majors but it's hard to be professional when you are not treated as one. That's not something the gov can help out with.
