Looking at the nonmembers list, there are currently 30, on the list of 122, that are either over 60 SOs or recently retired from flying and will be 31 by DOS (4 recent retirees - B.C., M.M., B.C., and R.O. with D.C. to follow prior to DOS). By the amendable date, another 40 will either retire or become over 60 SOs. The nonmember list will only be 51 nonmembers long at the end of the new coctract. For dues check off guys, there are 4 over 60 on the list with 3 to folow, leaving 11 dues check off guys in 4 yrs.
