You gotta be kidding me! If you think any F9ers should work with you, you are smoking the crack. Frontier's pilot union (FAPA) needs to fight this till the bitter end and if no agreements can be reached...shut the place down. If it does go through, I would hope that all Frontier pilots quit. I for one would rather quit and at least be able to look other pilots in the eyes when I say "I had no part of running the industry into the ground".
While self-immolation may be fashionable to talk about on internet message boards, its hardly practical when a little cooperation can pay dividends to all involved parties...and even less practical in the current job environment when people have bills to pay.
