They are definitely worth more than a guy who got hired with 300 hours...but unfortunately the airlines dont pay based on experience...in fact they reward the lowest bidder because he is inexperienced and is "tired" of CFIing...which is why this whole system is garbage. Anyone who thinks that CFIing and 135 flying can be substituted for an RJ course and 300 hours to become a 121 SIC is severely dumb.
