How does stapling Compass recapture scope?
It doesn't without other contractual modifications to which management would have to agree (at a minimum reducing the cap of permitted 70-76 seat jets and total number of 76 seat jets).
Otherwise, all that would result is adding pilots to the seniority list without adding protected (scoped) flying. That justs creates potential hostages and allows the bottom of our current list AND the Compass pilots to be whipsawed against other small lift providers much more effectively.
