I find it chilling that they didn't even seem compelled to look into the issue further? Almost like they really don't want to rock the boat.
I don't think the ALPA lawyers were there, they said they had "consulted" with the lawyers. Of course more than once they did not understand the question that was asked and proceeded to give an answer that had nothing to do with the original question.
I was not all that impressed with their understanding of the SCOPE issues before us.. I think that is mostly because they don't see it as a priority as many of us do.
