East narrow body captains are making 125.00 an hour now. You are saying that the Company proposal was for 185.00 per hour??? Where was that proposal when I was reading??? Do you have a copy??
That's total compensation, worked out to I believe 27% raise for east narrow body plus 10 more days vacation, 5% more 401k company contribution, paid maint./schedule cancellation and 100% dh, it was basically west contract plus 10%, you didn't read that just like you didn't read the easts own consultants report on the nic. (hint it didn't affect most east pilots career expectations) because to keep the easts misinformed rage up you need to control the message.
