Other 135 stuff, Ameriflight does cargo flying from SLC in 99s, 1900s and Metro, they are hiring last heard (be prepared to risk life and limb, not to mention your certificate, when you fly for them). Last week I saw a banner towing aircraft down by SL number 2, first time in my life I have ever seen one in Utah. Ogden and Tooele have skydiving places but they are really hard to get in with. And there are a few charter places that run from SLC to Moab.
If you really want a comprehensive list of places that fly I might suggest calling the FSDO in SLC and talking to the ASI that oversees them.
AMF is one of the better cargo operators out there. I never felt pressure to do something that was illegal. And I never put my life or ticket on the line. You do however have to be willing to step forward and act as captain from day one.
