Anyone heard about Judge ruling on NKS bad faith bargaining and company to ask for voluntary furloughs this fall?
Word is that the company will offer temporary leaves for the fall for anyone that would like to take it. I was told they want to get about 10 pilots off the payroll for sept and oct. Also was told they will shrink ACY by around 5 crews for sept.
