I can't help but believe that the average USAirways pilot has a much more rational demeanor than some of the hotheads that have been posting. It would be interesting to see a contract with some moderate improvements (and the Nicolau list) put up for a vote.
Perhaps no one has had the guts to stand-up to this type of thuggery ?
These are the type of people this profession DOES NOT NEED and belittles it even further. If anything, making a criminal issue out of it would become a public issue and make these thugs look exactly like what they really are.
I'm waiting for one of them to have a psychotic episode and really go off the deep end, perhaps taking a planeload of people with them like the Fed Ex guy tried to years ago. Clearly there are some very unstable people fly U airplanes around. I'd hate to see a tragedy that had all the warning signs happen that could have been stopped had this information been passed along to the FBI for investigation. These reports may or may not be serious, but that what investigations are for.
