Is the two groups agree on something else, that is between them, but nothing is going to get forced on one group or the other.
I would expect a lsit favoring F9 by seniority, but with temporary fences on both sides.
One unknown here is how "career expectations" will be defined in the case of a regional/major merger. Do make the assumption that all the regional pilots are lifers and fence them accordingly? Or do you allow for the expectation that some of the egional pilots would move on?
I suspect you would have to treat them all as RJ lifers...if they want to move on, they can always do that.
