I'll spell it out for you.

Your choices are accept the current contract (concessionary agreement, mind you), and probably have new metal to fly. Or... You can say no to what you have now, continue the current "negotiations" until the leases on the 300s expire, which will then be returned. When that happens, the remaining -100s will be parked. Not much left of those airplanes by then anyway.

My suggestion is beat the rush and shut the SOB down now. Why give management the extra workdays. They can stand in the same unemployment line as the rest.
