Maybe my math is fuzzy, but it only makes sense to me that UPS would get a bigger bonus/retro based on their larger (catchup to FedEx) pay increase and the longer period of time (4yrs vs 2 yrs) that they were in negotiations. Let's see---a 19% raise over a four year period should yield a larger bonus/retro than a 9% raise over a two year period. I am just a poolie for purple, but it's not rocket science to see that the bonus seems consistent. Perhaps not what all desire, but consistent.
