It never ceases to amaze me how the so called mainline pilots treat the current generation of regional pilots, you guys have such a chip on your shoulders it is literaly sickening. No I didn't go straight to the majors, but I put my time in Flight Instructing/jumpers/trubo-props/RJ's. I was trying to point out the fact that the Regional Airlines need to change who they hire and what level of experience the pilot has before they take control of a plane full of people (or empty one, in the case of Pinnacle). Why did you feel the need to take it personal? I'm not attacking regional pilots; just Regional Airline operators like Colgan/Gulfstream and the 0 to hero flight schools in 12 months. its the reason we have such low wages/crappy QOL. Bringing down the industry as a whole
