The most amazing thing I saw him do was when he testified before congress, right after 9/11, when all the airlines were trying to get money to stabilize operations. When he was taking a lot of heat from some congressman about the size of our Airbus fleet, RA just starting going into detail about which US supplier made the brakes, which one made the etc etc.
