Not to knock QS , I personally have alot of friends there , and even have a cousin who is an assistant CP . That being said, I don't see how they do so much business with the prices they charge. You can charter a whole lot cheaper.
It's a pretty simple concept. It's called SERVICE. NJA provides on time, on schedule, good to great conditioned aircraft with top level service to our owners. We have had owners go elsewhere and to charter because of the money and come back to us to stay because our product is more reliable, friendlier and more personal. Soon "NetJets service" will be synonymous with "Four Season's" service, etc.
That is how NJA, NJI, NJE does so much business at the prices they charge.
