At least we got the 98% vote... now we just need to act on it.

And that goes for every company. Employee friendly companies are a myth. No such thing past 500-1000 employees. There may be good times, and there are some companies that are better, but eventually when bad times come the axe comes out.

But this does suck. I kept telling myself "a least I will be almost 3rd year when back". Not in a contract, and it is pretty much unheard of. I don't think we have a shot at this.
