It just goes to show you that pay-cuts do not help the airline in the long-run. The money saved from pay-cuts goes into the CEO's and shareholders pockets. Yet, we will never learn.
That is the purpose of a corporation, to make money for the shareholders. I would love to make tons of money for the shareholders, since I am one. More money for the shareholders means my job is safe and more people are hired below me. I want the union to protect the down side without limiting the up side. Let's not become the UAW or the USW.
