Listen this is what I mean by not having all your facts. The CBA with GIA allows 30% only of line hours to be flown by Probationary Pilots. If they were not there you would see mabye 15 jobs open up. Ok great but those go to former students or in the current climate, the furloughs get recalled. That would be 15 more pilots who are being paid to use their commercial certs. For the record, they aren't stealing my job... I have a job (meaning I get paid for using my pilot certificates, in case there was any confusion about the definition of the word "job").
If anything... they are stealing your job since you are furloughed. Food for thought...
