Just because you finished IOE and think you know a thing or two about this entire industry and Colgan that doesn't make it so.

Truth be told I was there for the first big Union drive and I can confidently say that Seggy was the reason the whole initial Union drive failed. Every pilot i talked to that spent more than a few minutes talking with him felt that they would not want someone like him representing them. I was on the first organizing committee when the other ALPA reps asked Seggy to excuse himself from one of our meetings because of the uniformed, uneducated comments that he was constantly making.
It's easy when you win by default I guess.

Drink the ALPA Kool Aid boys, but if you truly wanna raise morale and get a decent contract, QOL, and PWA then dump Seggy and find yourselves a better leader.
