In Korea, I encountered Dog Condition Severe once. Tower cancelled our takeoff clearance after we reported numerous stray dogs running around the airfield.

Airfield workers began chasing them down using SUVs, but the dogs were smart, they would run into the drainage tunnels and hide out.

Not sure what became of the dogs (dinner possibly?), but after 20 minutes of watching what seemed to be an episode of Benny Hill, we convinced the tower that we could make a safe takeoff and we left.
