You're correct on the 80/20 change ratio. That was the initial target, and at the last LCA meeting they said it was very close to that. I defintiely feel for you guys with the massive amount of procedures and policies you're having to adapt to. Apparently after SOC, we'll slowly go through and end up with some more mixed practices instead of just settling on one side's day of doing things or the other. The idea being to actually make the best possible procedures out of what each of our carriers did prior to the merger.


The first day we did the challenge and response shutdown check, the CA was totally lost the first few times. I ended up handing him the card before calling out the check so he could know the responses, haha.

Have the DC-9 FO's figured out how to reach over and hold those start switches across the cockpit yet?
