I guess some refuse to change. I just hope we don't extend that train of thought to the whole merger. I hear all the time about how we once were the largest airline in lax after the Western merger and then we gave it up. I'll hate myself if in 20 years I'm telling some 30 year old fo about how we were once the largest carrier in msp and dtw before we gave it to swa.

I hate the challenge and response shutdown checklist too. I wish only the Fuel Levers - OFF was a challenge and response, the rest should be a silent checklist. The CA doesn't need to know that I've turned the transponder off. It is funny watching the CAs scramble for the proper callouts.
