FWIW, here's the reply I received after emailing my resume.

"Thanks for your email but I should have added that the position is for a Cleveland, Ohio based pilot."

Then I told him that I was willing to relocate.

"I appreciate your enthusiasm but I would hate to have you move for this job. Right now we have some overflow and I do not believe that it will extend past October."

IOW, they're looking for that currently lives in the CLE area to help fill this temporary need.
