Here's an idea. Pick up the trips, then call in sick at the last minute forcing them to be assigned to a reserve. You can always make up the sick time later.
That is an idea. Kind of like that bandaid on the broken leg thing though. Not to worry, this months problem will take care of itself when Dom-Flag rolls around.
