Our contract does not mention anything about NOT accruing longevity or accruing.

So...

DOH JAN08 / FUR SEP09 = 8 MONTHS @ $40.00 hr

RECALLED MAY09 @ $51.96 hr (pay back in process, 4 payments of $216.00)

+ 4 MONTHS @ $40.00 hr = SEP09 (new longevity date) THEN we are going to get our SECOND year pay.

IT TOOK 3 MONTHS FOR OUR HR/CREW-PAY/ INCOMPETENT DEP TO FIGURE THIS OUT.

Even after PO and MA on our recall class INFRONT of OUR MEC told us we were to be paid training pay, in my case 2 year FO pay $51.96.

A-319 FO = $3,200 a month take home. NOW
A-319 FO = $2,440 a month take home. NEW
