Unfortunately, I did contact the Union, not David Taylor, but someone else in that department. I got the "reading" of the contract, but not how it really works. Sort of like a lot of things in our contract, they read one way but are applied in a different manner.

I'd really appreciate it if someone who's in or just out of ITU would chime in.

I'll also give David a call on Monday. Maybe I'll get a more definitive answer.
