Never busted a check ride in UPT or any other training. Did unsat two rides in UPT one form ride in T-38's and one Inst ride in T-38's. Neither has ever been an issue. FWIW... the form unsat was for and "overly aggressive rejoin" and the Inst unsat was for busting an altitude restriction on a canned stereo route from Willy to Luke for approaches.

Just be honest in your answers is all I can suggest.
