Have you looked at the other part of this site (www.airlinepilotcentral.com) at all?!?! If you had you would see guaranteed pay time, days off, average upgrade time and the pay scale for virtually every operation (cargo, LCC, major, regional, 135, fractional, etc) of any size out there! The only thing that won't answer is what the working environment/QOL is like. But that is such a moving target and means so many different things to different people that its hard to nail down a straight answer.

Generally speaking, companies like AWAC, ExpressJet, Skywest, Horizon have the better contracts, more respect between labor and management (meaning they treat you like a human being and a professional, not a commodity like fuel or catering) and larger, well run operations. At the other end of the spectrum you have companies like Mesa, Trans States, and Colgan who have reputations for abusing their employees and generally making life miserable. That being said, there are folks who get on with Horizon or Skywest and hate life and those who get on with Mesa or TSA and love it. Its all relative and something you have to make your mind up about for yourself.
