So reading through the weekly ask Piedmont and skipping the FLO Hotel debate and more bs about crew meals and air carts in CLT, there was a question asked about early retirement and the social security bridge. The response given was something to the effect that the company's hands were tied due to a grievance filed by ALPA. So is it my understanding that, if the pilot group would agree to drop the grievance, we would see early retirement or possibly some sort of social security bridge?
