I've been told it's unreasonable to expect more than what can obtained contractually. I think I read it in an FCIF.
With our great safety record I am sure the FAA would be interested in the fact that we are being not being paid for our "required" training. Nobody is going to sit in front of a computer for 20 hours for 3 hours of pay. Just another example of us putting out without even getting a reach around.
