Remember - You do not have to have a valid reason to sue someone, just enough $$$ to pay the lawyers. The DP flyers are the ones with extra $$$ and can afford to start a lawsuit - can you afford to defend yourself?

PS: Years back, I watched the Machinists fill up a malcontents Toyota to the ceiling with aircraft wheel grease, until it seeped out the windows, after he wouldn't play ball.
