Being a Colgan guy I have no place in a comair thread but...with Alpa on property Colgan will not be a 19K a year airline for long. Perhaps you should glance at how long negotiations have lasted at your sister company and still no contract to show. Management will continue to delay until they cannot any more. Plus, you guys have such a long way to go to even reach industry standard, I doubt pinnacle management will be coming around to your demands any time soon.
