How long were you guys in negotiations with your management? Have we beat your record yet? We started official negotiations in 2005. Its been 5 years and a couple months.
That was before my time but I've heard about it from many a captain and FO's who were there. The safety campaign got the new contract in about a month. Hit them where it hurts, in the wallet and they'll comply and come to the table in good faith.
