Of course they will which will make it even tougher to get on with a UPS, FEDEX or SWA since that is everyone's first choice. My point goes beyond just the pay aspect and as mentioned the risk of furlough is always lingering with one industry hiccup. Its not just all about pay. Its that short sightedness thats been a contributing factor to saying yes to subpar contracts.
Not everyone's............I have no desire to fly the backside of the clock for the majority of my career and SWA's experienced a large portion of their growth over the last 5-10 years. Which means they’re a JR pilot group when compared to DAL or AA.
