I agree. The problem is is that they tell FA's that "the cabin is theirs". I had an FA once that was totally lazy and would not do service half the time due to "turbulence" that was nothing more than a bump every 30 minutes. When I confronted her, she told me that what she does in the back is not my concern. Guess who won that argument? LOL
