This could be true. Last I heard we were short a pilot or two in CPS, they were looking for someone to fill Omaha and it's possible they are going to need more soon for some more runs we have acquired, especially if I leave.
The 8-12 month upgrade to Baron is not going to happen. You may have to stick around for 4+ years to even hope of getting a Baron run. I think we have 2 or 3 out of our 30 something barons flying. Airnet took some baron runs while we took some of theirs using the 210.
