Well, I am B1900 driver too and, here is what I do. I carry a Nalgene water bottle, that I drop my crystal light packs into. If my schedule (I am a Laker also) doesn't allow for a meal break with constant flying, I make a meal break. Haven't had a problem with mgmt about it. If they have a problem, F!!! them, I am a CA and, I won't let either of us fly hungry!

I pack my own snacks and food. I also did this when flying E145 at Express Jet.
