I don't see how the "advantage" given to the fNWA guys for attrition is negated by the PIRP.
Let me back up Carl and say it another way.
Our seniority is based on pilots inserted on the list that will never operate as pilots on that list. They retired before we all worked as one. In other words, all the pilots pulled and plugged, retired, so their pull was never plugged. AKA, we got no advantage from the P&P.
