From what I saw of the bid packages the regular lines values increased, there where very few lines built below 75 hours. It used to be that we had numerous lines worth 68 hours that paid 75 , now it looks to me like you will get a 65 hour line and get paid 65 hours when you used to get paid 75. Those of us who are on regular lines will get 78 to 80 hours whether we want them or not.
