If you hang "Connect" behind the Midwest, you are violating Delta's scope. IF you fly them before Midwest is meshed with you, you are a scab. So which is it? Violate Delta or Midwest?
I sure hope that you don't speak for the majority of Midwest Pilots because you would be an embarassment to most of them .

Scope Language: Don't allow your MEC to GIVE IT UP and you won't have anything to worry about .

Connect Behind The " Midwest ": When the purchase becomes final, there will be no more " Connect " .

Scab: The use of the term doesn't apply. Republic is a Union Shop. Republic's Present Union Contract is expired and has/and is being negotiated currently for Industry Standard Rates for the Airframes being flown--especially with the existing situation.

Pay cuts for those coming on board, pursuant to these purchases, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR ALLOWED and INDUSTRY STANDARD PAY INCREASES for the Current Pilot Group IS THE ONLY OPTION THAT WILL BE ACCEPTABLE TO THE GROUP----Anything less--WILL GET A NO VOTE ON ANY TA RELATED TO A NEW CBA--PERIOD !

After the RLA Conditions are exhausted--that currently prevent the Pilot Group from taking certain self help actions that the management would construe as illegal job actions and use as grounds for Termination--including Mediation if all else fails--The Pilot Group will do what it has to do to get what is deserved.

The days of bending over to get bled are over--This Pilot Group will make sure of that!

Main Entry:
1scab Pronunciation:\ˈskab\
3 a: a contemptible person b (1): a worker who refuses to join a labor union
(2): a union member who refuses to strike or returns to work before a strike has ended
(3): a worker who accepts employment or replaces a union worker during a strike
(4): one who works for less than union wages or on nonunion terms

A stupid person should keep silent. But if he knew this, he would not be a stupid person.
