I think with your TT/Experience you'll be fine so long as you meet the mins in the last 36mo(or whatever time frame a given carrier will use). I do know that most applications as for your instrument/night totals in the last year(or whatever they choose to use for a time frame). Not sure if they use that to discriminate applicants or not. I would say that when the time comes to start hiring they will weed in the "most qualified" so the lack of current instrument rating/IFR flying may hurt you. Hard to say. Definitely a good question to ask HR reps at a conference if you choose to go or have a bud ask around at his/her airline. The only interview I had before all hiring stopped, it wasn't asked about at all.
